About me

Hi, I’ Matthew, the owner of Regency Bookkeeping. I help small business owners, freelancers, and sole proprietors stay organized and confident in their finances by keeping their books accurate and up to date.

I started Regency Bookkeeping because I enjoy turning numbers into clear, useful information. I know bookkeeping isn’t why you started your business - and it shoudn’t take time away from what you do best. My goal is to make your financial records simple, organized, and easy to understand.

I focus on accuracy, consistency, and clear communication. Each month, I record transactions, reconcile accounts, and provide straightforward financial reports so you always know where your business stands.

I hold a three-year Accounting - Business Administration diploma from Durham College and have two years of hands-on-experience supporting businesses with their day-to-day financial records.

  • At the end of each month, I prepare and deliver clear financial statements, including a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, so you always know how your business is performing.
